We help businesses make progress by designing and building Strategic Machines. We are building our team and so are looking for another Mechanical Design Engineer keen to develop as we grow.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll support the team by owning projects to develop complex products including machinery and robotics.
  • Effectively and efficiently you’ll deliver “brilliant” solutions for commercially successful products by being diligent, yet creative, product and process focused
  • You’ll be working collaboratively with the Solutions Architecture, Advanced Manufacturing and Programs and Project Management functions.

We’d love you to have:

  • Strong Degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of / experience with interpretation of mathematical modelling packages e.g. ANSYS
  • Proven experience of conceptual design and release for designing and developing complete products and components at pace
  • Experience in design and development of medium (10 off) to high (100 off) volume products
  • Experience of operating in a diverse range of industries/sectors
